To reset to default values on firmware update:

NOTE: This option is only applicable to currently running firmware.

4. From the left-hand sidebar, click Firmware - Firmware Management.

5. Use the slider button to enable the Reset to Defaults on Firmware Update option.

6. When finished, click Apply.

2.5.2 Firmware inventory

From the left-hand sidebar, click Firmware - Firmware Inventory. Here you will find information regarding the main adapter

firmware. This information includes the name, version, and status of the firmware.

NOTE: Ensure the Avocent IPUHD 4K IP KVM device is in Standalone mode.

To update the main adapter firmware:

From the Firmware - Firmware Inventory screen, click the Update button.

2. Copy the tftp file path and paste it in the TFTP Path field.

-or-

Click on Image Upload to drag and drop your file/folder.

-or-

Browse to and choose the file for updating firmware.

3. Click Start Update.
