Troubleshooting

You can eliminate minor issues on your appliance
Troubleshooting
yourself. Please read the information on eliminating issues
before contacting Customer Service. This may avoid
unnecessary repair costs.
WARNING
Improper repairs are dangerous.
Never make any technical modifications to the
appliance or its features.
Issue
The display goes out and Start
Pause flashes.
"E:30 / -80" or detergent solution is
not being pumped out.
"H:32"
"E:30 / -10", "E:92 /- 01" or
"E:30/-20"
Cause and troubleshooting
Energy-saving mode is active.
Press Start Pause.
The water outlet hose is connected too high, is kinked or trapped, or has been
extended impermissibly.
Check the installation of the water outlet hose. →  Page 8
Drain pipe or water outlet hose is blocked.
Clean the drain pipe and the water outlet hose.
The drain pump is blocked or the pump cover is not installed correctly.
Check that the pump cover is installed correctly. →  Page 25
Clean the drain pump. →  Page 25
Detergent dosage is too high.
Reduce the amount of detergent for the next washing cycle with the same load.
The appliance has interrupted the spin cycle because the laundry is unevenly
distributed.
Redistribute the laundry in the drum.

Faucet is turned off.
Turn on the faucet.
The water inlet hose is kinked or jammed.
Check the installation of the water inlet hose. →  Page 8
The filters in the water inlet are blocked.
Clean the filters in the water inflow.
The water pressure is low.
Check whether the faucet has sufficient water pressure.
The water level measuring system is defective.
With this fault message, the appliance starts a draining process.
Wait approx. 5 minutes until the draining process ends.
