Maintenance
Most maintenance is cleaning of the rollers
and guides that got dust and dirt.
Daily maintenance is very important for
keeping the quality. Need frequent cleaning.
Location
・ Turn OFF the power
・ Please wait until Heat
Caution
Roller is cool down.
Remove Multipul Shafts
and Safety Cover for
easier access.
The dirt on Heat Roller is really tough to clean up
CAUTION
because it is melted and sticked on the Heat Roller
hardly. However do not use hard tool like cutter blade
to remove these dirt, or the Heat Roller get damage
and need to replace.

Notes
Becomes hot after operation
This cover protects the rollers from dust
and paper dusts. This cover protect from
the film dusts especially when use the
Edge Cutter that cut the film width.
Clean up when the cover gets dirt and
dust.

・ Do not damage the roller
This roller is made by rubber, therefore
easy to get damage. Please attention to
wipe off with the cloth impregnated with
water or alcohol.

Wipe off the dirt on the roller with the
cloth impregnated with water or alcohol.
Clear dirt is hard to be found, so check by
fingers if the roller is cleaned and smooth.
This Separation Bar touches films
strongly. Wipe off with the cloth
inpregnated with water or alcohol when
this bar gets dirt.
Also the arrowed area has Release Tape.
Please contact to your dealer to get the
new tape to replace if it peels off.
This roller gets dust and dirt after foiling.
Please clean up this roller every after
operation.
Transfuse water or alcohol on dustcloth
and wipe off the dirt.
Touch to check if the roller is smooth
and all dust and dirt are removed.
