4.4 Event Logs

Use this feature to configure Event Log settings.
Note: After you've made any changes on a setting below, please reboot the system
for the changes you've made to take effect.
Change SMBIOS Event Log Settings
Enabling/Disabling Options
SMBIOS Event Log
Select Enabled to enable SMBIOS (System Management BIOS) Event Logging during system
boot. The options are Enabled and Disabled.
Erasing Settings (Available when SMBIOS Event Log is set to Enabled)
Erase Event Log (Available when SMBIOS Event Log is set to Enabled)
Select "No" to keep the event log without erasing it upon next system bootup. Select "Yes,
Next Reset" to erase the event log upon the next system reboot. The options are "No", "Yes,
Next Reset", and "Yes, Every Reset".
When Log is Full (Available when SMBIOS Event Log is set to Enabled)
Select Erase Immediately to immediately erase all errors in the SMBIOS event log when the
event log is full. Select Do Nothing for the system to do nothing when the SMBIOS event log
is full. The options are Do Nothing and Erase Immediately.
