Cause
The shower head/aerators are scaled up.
The strainer in the appliance is dirty.
One phase down.
The air sensor detects the presence of air in the water
and briefly interrupts the heating output.
The MCB/fuse has responded/blown.
Safety pressure limiter AP 3 has tripped.
The electronic assembly is faulty.
Flow sensor DFE is not plugged in.
Flow sensor DFE is faulty.
The set value transducer or connecting cable is faulty, or
the connecting cable is not attached.
The temperature limit is activated.
The high limit safety cut-out has responded or suffered
a lead break.
The heating system is faulty.
The electronic assembly is faulty.
The outlet sensor is faulty.
Appliance is operating at its output limit.
The outlet sensor is faulty.
The cold water sensor is faulty.
The cold water inlet temperature is above 45 °C.
Remedy
Descale or if necessary replace the shower head / aera-
tors.
Clean the strainer.
Check the fuse/MCB in your fuse box/distribution board.
The appliance restarts after one minute.
Check the fuse/MCB in your fuse box/distribution board.
Remove the cause of the fault (e.g. faulty pressure flush).
Protect the heating system against overheating by open-
ing a draw-off valve downstream from the appliance for
one minute. This depressurises and cools down the heat-
ing system.
Activate the safety pressure limiter at flow pressure by
pressing the reset button; see also chapter "Commission-
ing / Initial start-up".
Check the PCB and replace if necessary.
Re-insert the flow sensor plug.
Check the flow sensor and replace if necessary.
Attach the connecting cable; replace the set value trans-
ducer if required.
Deactivate the temperature limit.
Check the high limit safety cut-out and replace if neces-
sary.
Check the resistance of the heater and replace if neces-
sary.
Check the PCB and replace if necessary.
Check the connection and replace the outlet sensor if
necessary.
Reduce the flow rate or install the flow limiter.
Check the connection and replace the outlet sensor if
necessary.
Check the PCB and replace if necessary.
Reduce the cold water inlet temperature to the appliance.
