The cooking temperature is selected by
turning the knob clockwise to the desired
setting, between 50° and 250°C.
This knob also enables the temperature to be
selected for Hydro Clean (on some models
only) and for the grill function.

Adjustment is progressive and intermediate
positions between the figures can be used.
The end of cooking buzzer does not interrupt
operation of the oven.
