Using the hob

Make sure that the fastening couvettes E, the
burners, the crowns and the racks are
assembled correctly.
The notches A of the flame-spreader crowns
must be inserted into the housings B of the
burner. The holes C in the burner should be slid
over the igniters and thermocouples D on the
hob.
Woks must be used with the special reduction
fitting (supplied on request). The reduction
fitting is placed over the grill on the burner top
as shown in the figure alongside.

7.1 Positioning the racks

The racks are provided separate unassembled on the hob. To position each rack
correctly on its burner, follow the instructions below:
Each rack must be
corresponding burner in order to guarantee proper

Be very careful to match the different central
diameters of the racks to the flame-spreader
crowns.
