Remove the system board

Remove the system board (for 14–inch models)
Make sure the following FRUs (or CRUs) have been removed.
"Remove the lower case" on page 27
"Remove the battery pack" on page 29
"Remove the Wi-Fi card" on page 30
"Remove the 2242 solid-state drive" on page 32
"Remove the heat sink" on page 33
"Remove the fan" on page 34
Step 1. Disconnect the USB board cable from the USB board. Then, disconnect the speakers cable,
fingerprint cable, keyboard cable, keyboard backlight cable, touchpad cable, and EDP cable from
the system board.

Step 2. Remove four screws and open the right hinge.
