If the reflector cannot be set up directly, or if it cannot
be seen from the instrument, the values for eccentricity
can be entered. All of the displayed and stored values
are calculated in relation to the centre.
Each time that data is stored, the values are
automatically reset to "0.000".
Activates the function "OFFS" in the dialog "Target-
point data".
