80286 Clock
The 80286 processor clock is generated by the 82284 clock chip.
A 16 MHz crystal serves as the input to the 82284 oscillator. The
82284 outputs a 16 MHz signal which serves as the input clock
for the 80286. (This signal is called PROCCLK in the schematics.)
This signal is divided by two to get the 8 MHz SYSCLK signal
which is present on the I/O channel. In addition, the 82284
provides power-on reset and wait-state synchronization.
