[0 Using а 1" ROUND PLASTIC COVER CAP (72) as an aid,
drive a 1" SPRING RETAINER RING (78) onto the Pedal Рмо!
Tube to secure the PEDALS (12) in place. Note that the teeth

Tap in place with a hammer.
