You can lock the buttons on the VCR and/or Remote
Commander. This is convenient for preventing accidental
operations when you control this VCR with a wired control
unit (not supplied). It is also convenient when you use this
VCR in a public place; this protects the VCR from mishaps
caused by other people touching it.
Locking the Buttons on Both the VCR and
Remote Commander
KEY/REMOTE
Set the INHIBIT switch to KEY/REMOTE.

Set the INHIBIT switch to REMOTE.
To resume normal operation
