When the button "on" is enabled for "Log Application Protocol",
information on each data packet transferred is being displayed.
By enabling the button "on" for "Log IP-Core Messages" messages by the
ARCNET controller in the IP-core may be displayed for debugging
purposes.
The content of the System Log may be updated using the button
"Refresh".
