INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Note: Make sure that all of the hardware needed to complete
this mount are in the package. Read through and understand
the instructions before installing.
1. Remove bolts (A) & (B) on both sides holding the
front bumper onto the machine. Set the bumper aside
for now. Shown in Figures 2 & 3.
2. Note: If you have a wide winch with a bolt pattern
of 6.60" X 3" discard the converter bracket (2), and
mount your fairlead roller like normal. If you have a
two hole, or a standard winch with a bolt pattern of
4.875" X 3" you will need the converter bracket (2).
Attach your fairlead rollers to the converter bracket
and onto the mount using the two supplied carriage
bolts. Shown in Figure 4.
3. Note: Read Before Continuing the Installation! If
you have a 4500lb winch or larger attach it loosely
to the mount at this time. See Figure 5. With most
4500lb winches you will not be able to fit it inside
after mounting the bumper back on. It will also
require cutting some plastic fascia.
