CAUTION: Do Not force the door panel to move, as doing so may result in breakage and risk of injury. If the following steps do not resolve the

Symptom: Operation (open/close)
1. The outside panel is difficult to move.
2. The inside panel is difficult to move.
Symptom: Alignment
1. The top of the glass panel is tilted away
from the wall jamb.
2. The bottom of the glass panel is tilted
away from the wall jamb.
3. The top track is cut too short.
4. The bottom track is miscut.
Symptom: Water Leaks
1. Water leaks between panels
2. Water leaks between wall jamb and the
glass panel.
3. Water leaks under the bottom track.
Symptom: Maintenance
1. Excess noise or vibration.
2. Track kit discoloration.
3. Sticker Residue

TROUBLESHOOTING

Recommended Action
a. Ensure sufficient clearance exists between the bottom track and the glass panel. If needed, lower the
rollers to the next hole. Ensure corner protection is on upper glass. See step 37.
b. Ensure the panel is properly engaged over the bottom track. See steps 36 and 38.
c. Ensure the center guide is properly secured with self-tapping screws. See step 41.
d. Ensure the rollers are properly installed.
e. Clean any debris in the top track where the rollers operate.

e. Clean any debris in the top track where the rollers operate.
Recommended Action
Remove the glass panel from the top track and raise the roller on the bracket closest to the wall jamb. Keep
corner protectors on upper glass panel. See step 37.
Remove the glass panel from the top track and lower the roller on the bracket that is closest to the wall
jamb. Keep corner protectors on upper glass panel. See step 37.

Seal as directed to ensure watertight seal. See step 42. If additional sealant insufficient, new bottom track
may be required. Contact Delta Shower Doors Customer Care Team at 1-800-964-4850.
Recommended Action
When showering, make sure the inside panel is closest to the showerhead wall.
For adjustment, see Symptom: Alignment. See step 37.
Check for proper silicone sealant application. See step 42. Apply more silicone sealant as needed.
Recommended Action
a. Check all fasteners and re-tighten as necessary.
b. Ensure all roller and handle bushings and gaskets are correctly installed.
