• Select the D/S se lector lever posit ion .
• Release the par king brake an d slow ly pull
out and away from the whee l chocks.
• Stop and have someone retrieve the wheel
chocks.
If you move the se lector lever of the a uto -
mat ic transm ission to P before app lying
the park ing brake a nd befo re blocking the
wheels, you may have to use mo re force
lat er to move the lever out of the P posi-
tion.
