B. Replacement Maintenance

1. Glass Replacement

• (QVXUH WKDW WKH ¿UH LV RXW DQG WKH ¿UHSODFH LV FRRO WR
the touch.
• Protect a table or counter top with padding or towels.
• 5HPRYH GRRU ZLWK EURNHQ JODVV IURP WKH ¿UHSODFH
by lifting door up and off of the hinges.
• /D\ GRRU IDFH GRZQ RQ WDEOH RU FRXQWHU PDNLQJ VXUH
handle and handle attachment knob hang over the
HGJH RI WKH WDEOH WRS VR GRRU OD\V ÀDW RQ WKH VRIW
surface.
• Remove screws from the top and bottom glass

• Remove the glass and discard.
• Position the new glass with edges evenly overlapping
the opening in the front door.
• Replace the glass frames.
• 6WDUW VFUHZV WR VHFXUH JODVV IUDPHV WR GRRU NHHSLQJ
them loose for adjusting the glass. Then continue to
tighten each screw alternately, a few turns at a time,
XQWLO WKH JODVV SDQHO LV WLJKWHQHG VQXJO\ '2 127

2. Tighten or Adjust Door Latch
Remove the lock nut holding latch cam and two spac-
LQJ ZDVKHUV RQ WKH GRRU DV VKRZQ LQ )LJXUH  0RYH
1-2 spacing washers to the opposite side of cam. Re-
install the cam and tighten locknut. The black washer
must be left in place.
