My 94 year old mother says she can no longer hear with her Phonak Naida L30-SP, serial # 2504N1N6R. I can hear the music, but there is a loud whooshing sound and I do not have an instruction sheet. The device was purchased on 2/27/2025. I need help, as she is in a rehab facility and cannot hear without this device.
