Specifications

Basic Operation

Power Button	Long press to power on/off the camera. Short press in standby could light off the display.
Video Button	In standby mode, short press to start/stop video recording.
Photo/LED Button	In standby/video mode, short press to take a photo, each press takes one photo. In standby mode, long press to light on/off the LED light.
Upside down Button/ WiFi Switch	In standby mode, short press to switch image direction upside down 180º.The image direction cannot be changed during recording. Short pressing this button will stop and save the previous video and start a new video recording. Then need to short press the Video Button to stop and save the new video file. In standby mode, long press to turn on/ off WiFi.
Menu /Confirm Button	In standby, short press to open the menu. After entering the menu, it is the confirm key during setting the menu. On each system setting, every short press is switching options. Confirm your option, short press Up/Down Button to next setting.
Up Button	Short press the button to previous option in the playback or settings. Long press the button to volume up during video playback.
Down Button	Short press the button to the next option in the playback or settings. Long press the button to volume down during video playback.
Playback Button	In standby, short press the button to quickly access the playback.
Return Button	In settings, short press to return to the previous step or exit. In playback page, select the recorded file and long press this button to get delete option.

Playback & Delete Files

• In standby mode, short press the "Playback Button" to quickly access the playback.
• Short press the Up/Down Button to select VIDEO or IMAGE.

Then short press OK Button to enter the list. In the recorded file lists, short press to play the file and long press Return Button to delete files.

Reset

When the camera crashes or stops working due to improper operation or other special reasons, please press the button to reset the camera. Then long press the power button to restart the camera.

Connect Computer

Directly connect to the computer in any mode and use it as a USB flash disk. "Prompt USB connected" appears on the camera screen. You can freely copy, delete, and backup files.

Menu Settings
If you need to change the initial settings, please short press the "Menu Button" in standby mode to enter, short press the "Menu Button" again to find the setting that needs to be changed.
OK Button : in menu page, e very press of the setting will change the options.
Up/Down Button / : after short press and confirm th OK Button, scroll to the previous/next setting.

WiFi Function

This camera's WiFi feature can only be connected to a mobile phone via the phone's WiFi APP and has no network function.
After connecting to WiFi, you can use your phone to control the camera. Please keep in mind that the body camera must be within 10 meters of your phone.

2. WiFi Connection Steps
   1. Turn on the camera WiFi (turn it on through the menu or long press the "WiFi Switch Button")
   2. Open the "Viidure" APP on your phone. *Better to turn off your phone's Bluetooth, VPN, Mobile Network during the WiFi connection.
   3. APP Operation: Choose "Add camera" on the APP, then connect the camera's WiFi on your phone's WALN lists. Then go back the "Viidure" app page will see the connection success page.

NOTE:

• It is recommended that the distance between the mobile phone and the camera be within 10 meters.
• If the phone cannot connect to the camera, you can restart the phone and turn off the cellular network, Bluetooth and VPN to reconnect.
• An APP can only connect to one camera, and cannot connect to multiple cameras at the same time.

Troubleshooting

The camera doesn't power on or stop working.

1. Connect the charger and USB cable to charge the camera and check whether the problem is solved after 3-4 hours of charging.
2. Please check whether the charger and the USB cable are operating correctly.
3. Use a pin to do a reset of the camera and re-power on to check again.
4. If the problem cannot be solved, please contact customer service for further help.

Why does the camera stop recording?

Can't record video anymore?

1. Make sure the camera storage capacity is large enough to record.
2. Physical Double check: Check whether the Video Button is intact and could be pressed down normally.

3. Format the camera and do a hard reset then record again.
4. If the problem cannot be solved, please contact customer service for further help.

A video or audio file cannot be played?

Or no sound for videos?

1. Please check the menu and turn off the "Mute Recoderll option.
2. It is recommended to play back videos/audio on the VLC media player on the computer.

Why does the camera screen turn off automatically?

The camera enters the "Screen Hibernation" mode in default without 5 minutes of operation. If you want the display to always be on, please enter the menu to set the "Screen Hibernation" option to Off. "Screen Hibernation"option can be set to Off, 30sec, Imin, 2min, 5min (default), 10min.

Why does the camera shut off automatically?

Please check whether the "Automatic Shutdown" option, if you want the camera to stay power-on state, please enter the menu to set "Automatic Shutdown" to Closed. "Automatic Shutdown" can be set to 1min, 3min, 5min, 10min, 15min(default), closed.
