Connect the camcorder to SDI connector 1
using an SDI cable (available separately).
To transmit video using a wireless connection,
connect a 5G communications device to a USB
connector using a USB cable (available
separately).
To transmit video using a wired connection,
connect a router or computer to the LAN
connector using a LAN cable (available
separately).
Note
Use an SDI cable of length 42 cm (16.5 inches)
or longer.

For 3G-SDI (Quad Link) connection
Connect the camcorder to SDI connector 1 to 4
of the unit using SDI cables (available
separately).
Notes
• Use an SDI cable of length 42 cm
(16.5 inches) or longer.
• Turn off the unit before connecting/
disconnecting an SDI cable, USB cable, or
LAN cable to/from this unit.

Attaching a Cable Strap

You can prevent the USB cable from being
inadvertently disconnected by attaching a cable
strap.
Attachment procedure

Insert the cable strap into the screw hole on
the top of the unit and turn clockwise to fasten
in position.
