USING THE BPP130U
Set the Trigger Lock BEFORE inserting
or removing dies from the Crimping Head.
Set the trigger lock.
For the deep indenting:
Insert the indentor into its indentor holder. Put the indentor
holder into the piston (ball headed dowel). Insert the
connector (or junction sleeve) equipped with the cable
into the opening die. Put the unit into the crimping head
(ball headed dowel).
Release the trigger lock.
Note: Release the trigger to immediately
stop the tool. Press the pressure release
at any time to open the jaws.
USING THE TOOL
CRIMP SOFTWARE
DO NOT CRIMP LIVE CABLES
For hexagonal crimping:
Put the adapter into the crimping head. Select the dies set.
Insert the dies into the crimping head (ball headed dowel).
Put the connector with the cable inserted between the two
dies.
Press and hold the trigger until the die is crimped.
The InteLED flashing green : good crimping.
Press and hold the pressure release until the
KEEP HANDS CLEAR OF
THE MOVING PARTS
Insert battery.
Pressure release
Trigger
return of the piston.
