CHECK THE STABILITY OF THE TRACTOR-FLAIL MOWER ASSEMBLY INSTABILITY AND TIPPING HAZARD! The weight of the Flail Mower modifies the stability of the tractor-Flail Mower unit,  affecting its steering and braking capacity; as such, it is necessary to proceed at  a moderate speed. In particular, it should be noted that the front axle must always be loaded with a load of at least 20% of the weight of the tractor-Flail Mower unit. Check the stability of the tractor using the following formula and, if necessary, apply ballast anteriorly.
