- failure in observing the requirements in this manual. 3.3 General description The TR80 is semi-mounted by the tractor, thanks to the 3-point hitch, driven by the cardan shaft and controlled by the wireless remote control supplied. The fruits fall from the tree through the vibration of the perennial woody organs by means of the vibrating head installed in the rear end of the machine, at the end of the telescopic arm.

The vibration should only be operated when the vibrating head is clamped to the trunk or branches of the tree. Under these conditions, only the vibrations of the tractor to which the machine is connected reach the driver. SICMA S.r.l.

Machine transport and handling 4.1 Transport of the machine Unless otherwise agreed, the transport of the machine is at the expense of the buyer and can be carried out by means of an appropriate transport vehicle (truck, transport trailer, etc.).

Use chains, wire ropes or anchor straps with safety hooks and appropriate tensioners. It is forbidden to use ropes to fasten the machine to the transport vehicle; the rope could come loose as a result of the tension caused by acceleration, with sudden loosening of the fastening. DANGER Do not steer on the ramp and do not operate any machine controls. • Maintain a slow, continuous movement until the machine and the tractor are completely unloaded from the transport vehicle.

When moving the machine, the operator maneuvering the tractor must always adjust the speed of the tractor according to the terrain, visibility and atmospheric conditions. DANGER It is absolutely forbidden to exceed the travel speed of 30 km/h. SICMA S.r.l.

Machine use 5.1 Coupling to the tractor The tractor to which the machine is to be connected must comply with the following characteristics: - It must be of the “open field” type (both wheeled and tracked) with an engine power of at least 100 HP and a total gross mass at least 30% higher than the gross mass of the machine itself.

User and maintenance manual - SEMI-MOUNTED HARVESTER WITH TRUNK SHAKER - TR80 5.1.2 Coupling of the machine Make sure that the machine is firmly positioned on a solid surface, in a manner that prevents uncontrolled movements. The width between the two arms of the three-point linkage of the tractor linkage must be at least equal to (or greater) than the width of the links of the two lower points of the machine.

To operate the machine, however, it is necessary to connect the power take-off of the machine with that of the tractor by means of a cardan shaft (supplied).
(see example in Figure 44). If the tractor is not equipped with three-pole hitches, adapt its system with the necessary modifications. Contact a specialized technician for this type of operation. DANGER It is forbidden to connect wet plugs or sockets. Figure 44 SICMA S.r.l.

If otherwise the red LED (2) lights up, check the correct insertion of the power socket and, if necessary, the electrical system of the tractor.
The tractor must therefore be equipped with a third (in addition to the 2 used for steering) free quick coupling. Braking will be activated by the hydraulic distributor on board the tractor. When the control valve lever is released, the wheels will become free again. SICMA S.r.l.

It must be performed on the machine to check for anomalies before the operator proceeds to test the functions.

User and maintenance manual - SEMI-MOUNTED HARVESTER WITH TRUNK SHAKER - TR80 5.5 Operation The harvesting of the product (hanging fruits in general) is done by shaking the perennial organs (trunk or branches) on which it is located, so that it can fall by detachment with or without a stalk.
