4.1 Tripping in the Event of Overload
Note
Wait for temperature to return to normal!
If a channel has tripped due to a short circuit or overload, it is necessary to wait until the
temperature returns to its normal range before switching the channel back on.
The product checks whether the output current is greater than the nominal current set-
ting. As soon as the output current exceeds this nominal current, the channel is switched
off. The tripping time depends on the magnitude of the overcurrent. The following figures
show the corresponding tripping times:
