    PRINCIPIO DI FUNZIONAMENTO La pompa VEGA 5:1 è una pompa pneumatica da utilizzare per il trasferimento in bassa pressione di liquidi. É essenzialmente costituita da un motore ad aria e da una struttura definita "gruppo pompaggio materiale" o più semplicemente "gruppo pompante".

    ESEMPI DI INSTALLAZIONE La pompa VEGA 5:1 può essere utilizzata in svariati modi a seconda del modello e delle condizioni di impiego. Qui sotto vengono illustrati alcuni esempi di applicazione della pompa VEGA 5:1 e alcuni accessori che possono essere abbinati alla stessa.

    VEGA 5:1 MESSA A PUNTO COLLEGAMENTO ALL'ARIA DI ALIMENTAZIONE Per l'alimentazione della pompa utilizzare un tubo avente un diametro interno non inferiore a 8 mm. Installare all'ingresso della pompa un regolatore di pressione dell'aria (si consiglia completo di filtro condensa e lubrificatore).

    VEGA 5:1 MANUTENZIONE ORDINARIA Chiudere sempre la fornitura di aria compressa e scaricare la pressione nell'impianto prima di effettuare qualsiasi tipo di controllo o di manutenzione sulla pompa. • Verificare giornalmente (e ogni volta che si avvia la pompa dopo un lungo periodo di inattività) che la ghiera premiguarnizioni (1) non sia allentata provocando la fuoriuscita del prodotto.

    VEGA 5:1 RIPRISTINO MANUALE DEL MOTORE PNEUMATICO • La pressione dell'aria di alimentazione della pompa non deve mai superare il valore massimo indicato nei dati tecnici. Superare tale valore può provocare il blocco delle valvole del motore pneumatico nella posizione intermedia (Punto Morto).

    VEGA 5:1 SOSTITUZIONE DELLE GUARNIZIONI INFERIORI Chiudere la fornitura di aria alla pompa e scaricare la pressione residua nell'impianto. • Sollevare e sfilare il cilindro materiale (1). • Tenere con una chiave la bussola (2) e con l'altra chiave svitare il raccordo (3).

    VEGA 5:1 SOSTITUZIONE DELLE GUARNIZIONI SUPERIORI Chiudere la fornitura di aria alla pompa e scaricare la pressione residua nell'impianto. • Svitare e sfilare il cilindro materiale • Svitare i 3 dadi (2). • Togliere la copiglia (3) e svitare lo stelo pistone dal motore pneumatico. Staccare il gruppo pompante dal motore pneumatico.

    WORKING PRINCIPLE The pump VEGA 5:1 is a pneumatic pump for the transfer of liquids at low pressure. The Vega pump is essentially comprised of an air motor and a structure known as the “Material Pumping Unit”, or simply the “Pumping Unit”.

    VEGA 5:1 EXAMPLE OF USE VEGA 5:1 pump can be used in different ways according to the model and conditions of use. Here below some examples and accessories of the pump are shown. VEGA 5:1 pump long version, for transferring from 200 lt. drums fixed on double ram or directly on drum.

    VEGA 5:1 SETTING UP CONNECTION TO THE FEED AIR For pump feed use a hose with an internal diameter no lower than 8 mm. Install at the pump inlet of the pump an air pressure regulator (it is suggested complete with condensate filter and lubricator).

Increase the dia- meter of the feed hose; Outlet product line clogged; Clean. Disconnect the outlet hose of the product, feed the pump at the minimum pressure and verify if the pump starts without the outlet hose.
