3.2 Rear side

1)
ground lift
Switch that disconnects signal ground from
protective earth. Generally, it should stay in the
off position (not pushed in).
2)
headphones
Output jack socket ¼" (6.35 mm) for
headphones. The loudspeaker of the amplifier
is switched off when this socket is used.

line out
Preamplifier output post master and tone
controls, with effects

sub out
Sub-out, Output jack socket ¼" (6.35 mm)
for active or passive subwoofer

footswitch
Connector for a dual footswitch
for muting the amp, switching the internal
and external effect on/off. Stereo jack socket,
assignment:
Tip = switch for internal effect
Ring = switch for external effect (send / return)

send
Output for an external, parallel effect loop in
conjunction with return.

return
Input of the external, parallel effect loop
(see also send). Can also be used alone as
additional input.

Insert pre/post eq are two more effect loop
paths to loop additional external effects (filter,
compressor etc.) into the signal path,
either pre or post equalization.
10) aux in
Auxiliary input, Stereo jack 6,35 mm socket
Additional input for general sources with line
level, e.g. CD player
11) tuner
Output, pre master, for a tuner.

Aux-level control
13) DI pre/post eq
DI-level control
14) DI level
DI-output level control
15) DI-out
Symmetrical (XLR) DI-Out
16) power on
Power on/off switch, combined with mains inlet
(IEC C14 type) and compartment for mains fuse
(see technical data).
