Single building entry

Next clamp the single building entry with the tension-
ing nut by tightening it against the external wall. (see
Fig.: 30).
► When tightening the quick tensioning device, the
butyl tape will protrude at the sides.
► The gas fitting must be firmly clamped in place.

Via the oval opening, fully tighten the clamp with the
screwdriver (see Fig.: 31).

Cut off the resin filler tube to approx. 20 cm. (see
Fig.: 32).
According to the expansion resin provided, assemble as
described in the chapter:

Push the wall termination collar over the gas fitting
(see Fig.: 33).

Inside of the building
Thread the micropipes through the openings in the
wall termination collar provided and push the gas fit-
ting into the core drill hole until it stops (see Fig.: 34).
Always apply lubricant to the micropipes in the
insertion zone.

Outside of the building
Then pull off the protective foil from the butyl tape
on the rubber flange.

Have the gas fitting fixed in place from the inside of
the building by a second person. Pull the micropipes
through into the openings provided in the rubber
flange of single building entry.

Insert single building entry together with the
micropipes over the gas fitting from the inside of the
building through the core drill hole, push up to the
wall and press slightly (see Fig.: 35).
The resin filler tube must be inserted at the top.

Assembly of with quick tensioning device

Push the stress-relieved quick tensioning device (SVS)
over the gas fitting, the two micropipes and the resin
Art. Nr.: 5090032028 Rev.: 02/2022-03-28
filler tube up to the external flange and fix with the
radial adjustment screw (see Fig.: 36).
► Turn the oval opening of the quick tensioning device
so that the clamp can be tightened with the screwdri-
ver.

Micropipes
Before tightening the radial adjustment screw,
check whether the tensioning ring is correctly po-
sitioned (see Fig.: 36 and Fig.: 37).
Proceed with the assembly as described in
Chapter 7 Assembly of MIS100D 1x58-64 with DN 25 gas
fittings from Schuck and quick tensioning device MIS100D
1x58-75 SVS, Page 17 step 6.

The micropipes can now be connected using the
connectors (see Fig.: 38).

Assembly of with pressure cover and tension-
ing nut for quick tensioning device from
Schuck

Bring the pressure cover over the gas fitting and
micropipes up to the single building entry and thread
the resin filler tube through the oval opening (see
Fig.: 39).

Turn the oval opening of the pressure pot so that you
can tighten the clamp with the screwdriver.

Then fold the tensioning nut over the gas fitting's
threaded section. Run the two micropipes alongside
the tensioning nut and close the tensioning clamp.

Next clamp the single building entry with tensioning
nut, by tightening it against the external wall.(see
Fig.: 40).
► When tightening the quick tensioning device, the
butyl tape will protrude at the sides.
► The gas fitting must be firmly clamped in place.
