MIS100D 1x58-64 Gas
► The gas fitting must be firmly secured.
7
Via the oval opening, fully tighten the clamp with the
screwdriver (see Fig.: 14).
8
Cut off the resin filler tube to approx. 20 cm (see Fig.:
15).

7.1

Assembly with Tangit expansion resin

1
Connect the mixer jet securely to the resin filler tube
(see Fig.: 16).
2
Unscrew the cap of the resin cartridge (Tangit M
3000, 300 ml) and screw the cartridge onto the mixer
jet (see Fig.: 17).
3
Then remove the bottom cover from the resin
cartridge.
4
Insert the resin cartridge into the cartridge gun.
5
Using even movements of the cartridge gun, inject all
the resin from the cartridge into the single building
entry (see Fig.: 18).
6
After injecting, release the cartridge gun and remove
the cartridge, but without separating it from the in-
jection tube. Replace the bottom cover (see Fig.: 19).
7
After 5 min, remove the empty cartridge and mixer
jet and the reusable quick tensioning device (SVS).
8
Finally, cut off the resin filler tube flush with the
flange using a side cutter (see Fig.: 20).
• The max. volume of resin is achieved after
about 5 min. Then separate the cartridge and
mixer jet from the single building entry.
• The complete curing period is approx. 30 min.

Assembly with expansion resin Resinator

Two resin cartridges are required for the installa-
tion. Have both cartridges ready. The filling pro-
cess must be completed seamlessly.
1
Remove the caps of the resin cartridges with a cutter
knife (see Fig.: 21).

2
Attach the mixing nozzle to the resin cartridge as
tight as possible (see Fig.: 22).

5
Using smooth movements with the cartridge gun,
transfer the resin completely out of the cartridge into
the single building entry (see Fig.: 25).
6
Once the first cartridge is empty, remove it from the
mixing nozzle and from the cartridge gun and insert
and inject the second cartridge (see Fig.: 26).
The injection process must be completed within 1
minute.
Do not separate the entire resin system from the single
building entry during curing (5-7 minutes).
However, the resin cartridge can be removed from the
cartridge gun immediately after injection (see Fig. 27).
7
Depressurize and remove the cartridge gun (see Fig.:
27).
8
After the hardening time has ended, remove the
cartridge as well as the reusable quick-release system
from the single building entry (see Fig.: 27).
9
Cut off the resin injection pipe by using a side cutter
so that it is leveled with the flange (see Fig.: 28).
8 Assembly of MIS100/58-64 with DN25
gas fittings from Schuck and pressure co-
ver with tensioning nut from Schuck
1
Bring the pressure cover over the gas fitting up to the
single building entry and insert the resin filler tube
through the oval opening (see Fig.: 29).
2
Turn the oval opening of the pressure cover so that
the clamp can be tightened with the screwdriver.
3
Then fold the tensioning nut over the gas fitting's
threaded section and close the tensioning clamp.
