Wall thickness 190-360 mm

6 Prepare assembly

1
Creation of opening of 99 -103 mm (see Fig.: 7).Di-
recting can be done by using a drill rig.
2
Clean the core drill hole/wall sleeve.
• Only solid material can be drilled.
• For "wet drilling" we recommend the use of a
water trap so that the water can be
discharged directly at the drilling hole.
• If the opening develops large breaches, which
cannot be covered by the rubber flange, the
wall surface must be properly reinstated and
the waterproofing extended according to DIN
18533. In the case of minor breaches, or if
these can be covered with the external flange,
no repair work need be undertaken, as sealing
will be performed by the extruded expanding
resin.
• Substrates must be clean, solid and free of
dust and grease.
• Existing sealing material must be removed in
the area of the sealing flange and reattached
after installation.

the building by a second person. Insert single building
entry over the gas fitting from the inside of the buil-
ding through the core drill hole, push up to the wall
and press slightly (see Fig.: 10).
The resin filler tube must be fed through at the
the top.
5
Outside of building
Push the stress-relieved quick tensioning device (SVS)
over the gas fitting up to the external flange and fix
with the radial adjustment screw (see Fig.: 11).

so that the clamps can be tightened with the
screwdriver.
