Sound Tube Removal/Installation
To remove the sound tube:
Hold the tube end connector
firmly and turn counter-
clockwise until the tube is no
longer connected to the
hearing aid.
Important: Incorrect removal of the sound tube can permanently damage your device. Please watch the
video entitled "How to Remove and Clean the Sound Tube" at www.otofonix.com/videos.
To install the new sound tube:
Hold the tube end connector
firmly on the hearing aid tip
and turn the tube clockwise
until the tube connector is
flushed with the hearing aid
body.
Note:
Please do not force more
rotations as it may damage
the sound tube.
