Serial IO UART0 Settings

Hardware Flow Control
When enabled, it configures an additional 2 GPIO pads for use as RTS/CTS
signals for UART.
DMA Enable
–
Enabled: The UART OS driver will use DMA when possible. Disabled: The
OS driver will enforce PI0 mode.
–
Power Gating
Disabled: No _PS0 _PS3 support, device is left in D0, after initialization
Enabled: _PS0 _PS3 supports getting the device out of reset Auto: _PS0 and
_PS3 detection through ACPI if the device was initialized prior to first PG. If it
was used, (DBG2) PG is disabled.
