6. CASSETTE DECK
FBONT OF CASSETTE DECK
1 PLAY MODE - for selecting the play mode
- to play just one side of the cassette (ZZ)
- to play both sides of the same cassette (CT)
- to continuous play on one deck (03)
- for continuous play over both decks (autoplay)
2 Keyboard Deck A (for playback only)
EJECT - for opening the cassette holder of deck A
PLAY ◄ - for starting playback of the reverse side of the
cassette
STOP ■ - for stopping the tape transport
PLAY ► - for starting playback of the front side of the cas¬
sette
« AMS ►► - fast winding to left or right and Automatic
Music Search when pressed during playback.
3 DUBBING - to start dubbing from deck A to deck B at
NORMAL or HIGH speed.
4 INDICATORS - for indicating the features used.
5 CD SYNCHRO - for the synchronised starting of deck B
and the CD player when recording from the CD player.
6 RECORD PREPARED - for preparing a recording or creating
a muted passage during recording.
7 Keyboard Deck B (for recording and playback)
•« AMS ►► - fast winding to left or right and Automatic
Music Search when pressed during playback
PLAY ◄ - for starting playback of the reverse side of the
cassette
STOP ■ - for stopping the tape transport
PLAY ► - for starting playback of the front side of the cas¬
sette
EJECT - for opening the cassette holder of deck B
8 DOLBY B/C - for switching the Dolby Noise Reduction sys¬
tem on and off and for selecting DOLBY B or C.

INDICATORS ON CASSETTE HOLDERS_
These indicators

will light up when certain features are used.
- ◄ direction ► - indicates the tape travel direction of deck A
or B. The indicators are flashing when automatic rewind is
activated.
- RECORD - flashes when RECORD PREPARE is active and
remains illuminated when actually recording.
- CD SYNCHRO - is illuminated during a synchronised CD
recording.
- The selected play mode indicators for both decks:
n - the tape stops at the end of each side;
CT - playback (+ recording for deck B) of both cassette
sides, after which the tape stops at the end of the second
side;
CD - continuous playback of both cassette sides;
autoplay - continuous playback of both cassette sides on
both decks
- Dubbing speed: NORMAL or HIGH
- HXPRO: lights up during recording and dubbing
- Dolby B or C - depends on what you selected by pressing
