Using the Caller List
Viewing the Caller List
To check who has called, follow the steps below.
The TALK indicator light must be off.

Lift the handset off the base unit.
OR
If the handset is off the base unit,
press SEARCH (V) or (A) to enter the
list.
o The display will show, for example, the
following:

To search from the most cn call
SEAN
on both lines,
press SEARCH
[V
(New key).
v.
To search from the oldest call on
both lines, press SEARCH
(ola key).
o To scroll between callers, press
SEARCH [V or (A).
9 To exit the list, press (EXIT).
ə The handset will return to the
stand-by mode.
o Once new calls have been checked, "V" will be added.
olf"No
items
stored" is displayed in step 1, the Caller List is empty.
Press
to exit the list.
o If more than one call is received from the same caller, the date and time of the
most recent call will be recorded. If the same caller calls again, the call entry with
"J" will be deleted.
