initial start-up. It is understood that, if the heat pump is not
ready for initial start-up due to site problems, the initial
start-up will be aborted at the discretion of the designated

forfeited. Rescheduled initial start-ups are subject to any
additional costs that may have been incurred by the
technician. An approved purchase order or payment in
