• Petroleum and oil are hazardous waste. Dispose of them properly. They do not belong in house-
hold waste. Regarding the disposal of oil and fuel, contact the local authorities, the service center
or your dealer.
• The battery contains toxic substances. Toxic materials must be disposed of in a specific manner
to prevent environmental pollution. Take used batteries to a recycling center. Do not dispose of the
battery with household waste, do not throw into fire or water.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

• For this product, we provide a legal warranty, legal liability against defects, for 24 months from
receipt.
• For corporate, commercial, municipal and non-private use, a quality guarantee is valid upon
receipt for 12 months.
• All products are intended for home use, unless otherwise stated in the instruction manual or de-
scription of operation. When used in a different way or contrary to the instructions for use, the claim
is not recognized as legitimate.
• Inappropriate product selection and the fact that the product does not meet your requirements
cannot be grounds for complaint. The buyer is familiar with the properties of the product.
• The buyer has the right to ask the seller to check the functionality of the product and familiarize
himself with its operation.
• A prerequisite for receiving warranty claims is that the instructions for operation, service, cleaning,
storage and maintenance have been followed.
• Damages caused by natural wear and tear, overloading, improper use or intervention outside the
authorized service during the warranty period are excluded from the warranty.
• The warranty does not cover wear and tear caused by normal use.
• The warranty does not cover the wear and tear of components known as common consumables
(eg service charges, filters, blades, V-belts and toothed belts, chains, carbons, seals, spark plugs,
bearings ....).
• The warranty excludes wear and tear of the product or parts caused by normal use of the product
or parts of it (for example, a dead battery or a reduction in battery capacity after a period of 6
months) and other parts subject to natural wear and tear.
• For goods sold at a lower price, the warranty does not cover defects for which the lower price was
agreed upon.
• Damage caused by defects in material or manufacturer's error will be rectified free of charge by
delivery or repair. It is assumed that the product is returned to our service center unassembled and
with proof of purchase.
• Cleaning, maintenance, inspection and sharpening services are not guaranteed and are paid
services.
• For non-warranty repairs, you can have them repaired at our service center as a paid service. Our
service center will be happy to prepare a cost estimate.
• We will only consider products that are delivered clean, complete, in case the product
is well packed and paid for. Products sent unpaid, such as bulky goods, express or special delivery
will not be accepted.
• In case of a valid warranty claim, please contact our service center. There you will get further
information about handling complaints.
• We dispose of your old electrical appliances for free.

ENGINE WARRANTY

For corporate, commercial, municipal and non-private use is for Briggs & Stratton engines
quality guarantee valid on receipt for 90 days.

NORMAL WEAR:

Like all mechanical devices, engines need periodic maintenance and replacement of spare parts to
keep them running properly. The warranty does not relate to such repairs where the life cycle of an
engine part has been exhausted under normal operation.
