Rooms are too cold
Cause
The heat pump is switched
off.
The settings on the heat
pump controller have been
altered or are incorrect.

pump controller have been
altered or are incorrect.

"Warning" or "Fault".
No Domestic Hot Water
Cause
The heat pump is switched
off.

altered or are incorrect.

Corrective Action
H Switch on the power switch
H Switch on the main switch (if installed, outside the mechanical room).
H Switch on the fuse in the electrical switchboard (the house fuse).
H Space heating/cooling must be activated. Check and correct the following
settings if necessary:
H Work programme
H Heating curve
H Room temperature
H Time
H Time program for space heating/cooling
H Run additional electric heating for space heating, if necessary
H Wait until the water in the hot tap water exchanger has warmed up.
H If necessary, reduce the hot water intake or, temporarily, the normal hot
water temperature.
H Read out the type of notification. Confirm the notification.
H If necessary, contact an Authorised Service Centre
Corrective Action
Space heating/cooling must be activated. Check and correct the following
settings if necessary:
H Work programme
H Room temperature
H Heating curve/cooling temperature
H Time
H Time program for space heating/cooling
H Activate the "active cooling mode" if necessary
H Read out the type of notification. Confirm the notification.
H If necessary, contact an Authorised Service Centre
Corrective Action
H Switch on the power.
H Switch on the main switch (if installed, outside the mechanical room).
H Switch on the fuse in the electrical switchboard (the house fuse).
DHW heating must be started. Check and correct the following settings if
necessary:
H Space heating or cooling time program
H DHW Temperature setpoint.
H DHW Time Program
H Time setting
H Run additional electric heating, if necessary, to heat DHW
H Read out the type of notification.
H If necessary, contact an contact heating contractor.
