Prior to operation ensure the following switches and
controls are set as indicated in the figure below:
[1] Ensure the POWER switch is OFF.
[2] An antenna must be connected.
Caution
Never transmit without the antenna connected.
A ground must be connected.
The DC power cable is connected.
Ensure the front panel controls and switches are
set as shown in the figures above.
