The number of volume parameters in the
display will depend on the type of song
being played. If an original song recorded on the
PSR-4000 using the QUICK RECORD mode is
being played, two volume parameters will be avail-
able:
and
recorded on the PSR-4000 using the MULTITRACK
RECORD mode or a GM song is being played,
individual parameters for all 16 tracks will be avail-
able:
through
controls to set the volume of the corresponding
tracks. If a Yamaha DOC song is being played use
the
,
,
,
[ / ] controls to set the volume of the correspond-
ing tracks (see the DOC or Disklavier software
manual for more details). If a Disklavier song is
being played use the
LCD [ / ] controls to set the volume of the corre-
sponding tracks.
The LCD [ / ] controls in the
display allow
,
for each track group. Muted tracks do not play. If a
track is set to SOLO only that track will play.
The track indicators above the volume or mute/
solo parameters indicate which tracks contain data
and which are muted. Tracks which do not contain
data are indicated by a dotted circle outline while
tracks which contain data have a solid outline. Play-
enabled tracks are indicated by a filled circle while
tracks that are muted are indicated by an outline
only.
NOTES
• When GM song is played all tracks appear on the display
as if they contain data, even if they don't.
