● Only qualified personal shall perform inspections of this device; do not use if damaged,
altered, or in poor condition.
Inspection
Before each use, an approved inspector must inspect this device for bends, cracks, dents, or elongated
holes. If damage is found, discontinue use.
Replacement
Replace damaged components of this device with only parts listed in this document.
Disposal
At the end of its useful life, dispose of this device according to federal, state, and local regulations.
