5. Installation

5.1. Product Inspection
Unpack the packaging and remove the accessories to free the UPS. Carefully lift the
device out of the packaging. The device is heavy and may require assistance to lift it
out of the box. Check the appearance of housing, display, sockets, connections, and
accessories. If damage or a lack of parts is found, please contact the distributor.
5.2. Product Installation
The Accurat FLUX 850 UPS is heavy and must be placed on a flat, sturdy surface, away
from direct sunlight or heat source. The UPS is an indoor-use device only and requires
a cool, ventilated, low-humidity, and dust-free environment for safe and sustainable
operation. Connect the power cable to the UPS power input and then to the utility
outlet.
IMPORTANT!
Please leave at least 100 mm of free
space from all sides for the UPS to provide
adequate ventilation.
5.3. Connecting Your Devices
Plug the UPS cable into the device and then to the utility power outlet directly. Never
