2. Safety instructions
CAUTION! The UPS has its internal power source, and the outputs might be live
even when it is not connected to the mains power supply.
•
This is an indoor-use device only.
•
Place the UPS on a stable and sturdy surface.
•
Do not expose the UPS to direct sunlight, moisture, or high temperatures.
•
Do not block off ventilation openings and do not leave objects on top of the UPS.
•
Allow a minimum distance of 10cm from all sides of the UPS for ventilation.
•
Only connect the UPS to a grounded power outlet.
•
Always use the original power cables and connectors.
•
Install the UPS with electric cords out of the way and reach of children and pets.
•
Do not apply power to the UPS until installation is fully completed!
•
Check the loads working voltage, current, and polarity before connecting them.
•
Do not modify or attempt to repair the device yourself.
•
Please ensure the UPS is not dropped or hit.
•
Disconnect the UPS from the power source in case of an emergency.
•
Store the UPS in a dry and ventilated place.
•
When disposing of the UPS ensure that the battery is fully discharged.
•
Because the product contains hazardous chemicals, only dispose of it in
designated recycling channels and never with ordinary trash.
