2 Disassembly and assembly
In general the assembly is the reverse process of disassembly. Thus, only disassembly
is explained in this section.
2.1 Lid removal
For a majority of service operations it will be necessary to remove the lid.
1. First remove all the screws that hold the lid to the chassis. There are four screws
on the top (labelled as "A" in Figure 2.1-1), three screws on each side (labelled as
"B" and C" in Figure 2.1-2) and seven screws on the rear (labelled as "D" in
Figure 2.1-3).
2. Slide the lid horizontally away from the front panel to unlock the lid (as in Figure
2.1-4). Lift vertically away from the chassis to remove it completely.
