8.6 Electronic Pressure Regulator
8.6.1 When using an electronic pressure regulator, if it keeps
functioning after closing the tap, make sure that there are no
leaks in the pipes and lower the pressure on the electronic
regulator. To lower the pressure, turn the bolt counterclockwise.
8.6.2 If the pump remains on after the tap is closed, make sure
that there are no leaks in the pipes or the foot valve, or that the
internal pressure of the pressure tank is appropriate.
8.6.3 If the regulator works intermittently after opening the tap,
increase the pressure on the regulator. To increase the pressure,
turn the bolt clockwise.

9. START-UP MAINTENANCE

Do not start the pump before filling it
completely with water. Do not touch the
pump unless it has been disconnected from
the power supply. Do not demount the body
of the pump without emptying it.
9.1 Spin the fan before starting the pump. Make sure that the
pump turns softly.
9.2 Unscrew the priming plug.
9.3 Fill the suction pipe and the body of the pump with clean
water.
9.4 Make sure that all the air has been evacuated and then
tighten the priming plug.
9.5 the check valve must be completely closed before starting
the pump.
9.6 Start the pump.
9.7 After starting the pump and making sure that it is operating
normally, open the check valve slightly and adjust it according
to the pump's parameters. The flow range and the pressure are
stated on the pump's plate.
ATTENTION:
1) In case no water is discharged after being started for more
than 5 minutes with water in it, turn off the electric pump, refill
with water, or check whether the inlet pipeline has leakages.
2) In case of any frost or ice damage, please open the drain
plug to empty the water in the pump chamber. When starting
up the pump again, open the drain plug, fill it with water, and
tighten it, then, the pump should be usable.
3) If the pump is not used for a long time, water in the pump
should be emptied. The pump body, impeller, and support
should be cleaned and coated with anticorrosive oil before they
are put in a ventilated and dry place for use.
4) In case the pump is halted for a long time, start it up again
according to the diagram shown above.
5) In summer, or whenever the ambient temperature is high, pay
attention to ventilation and avoid dew on electrical parts which
will result in electrical faults.
6) If the motor is hot or shows abnormal behavior, cut off the
power immediately and check faults according to the following
table.
In no way should there be leakage between the
body of the pump and the motor.
The consumption amperage should not exceed the
one shown on the nameplate. If there is abnormal
overheating of the motor turn it off and check for
possible causes.
