INSTALLATION
Refer to Figures 2–4
Tools required for assembly:
• Wrench (10-12 mm) included
• Phillips Head Screwdriver (not included)
CAUTION
Do not attempt assembly if parts are missing. Call the Customer
service line to obtain replacement parts.
WARNING
Ensure Dust Collector is unplugged before assembling.
Do not operate Dust Collector until completely assembled.
Do not operate this tool until you have completely read and
understood this manual.
NOTE: After unit is assembled dispose of all packaging material
in an environmentally responsible way.
1. See Figure 2. Place the four casters through the bottom of
the base plate. Secure with the 5/16" Washers and 5/16"
Acorn Nuts. Tighten hardware with 12 mm Wrench (included).

2. See Figure 3. Place Collector Body (A) upside down on a
protected surface.

ASSEMBLY
3. See Figure 4. Attach the two Rectangular Supports (D) to the
Collector Body using the M8 Flange Bolts. Use the supplied
12 mm Wrench to tighten hardware.
4. Attach Round Support (E) to Collector Body with Carriage
Bolts-M8 and Flange Nut-M8. Use the supplied 12 mm
Wrench to tighten hardware.

5. See Figure 5. Place Collector Body assembly on its side.
6. Use Carriage Bolts-M8 and Flange Nuts-M8 to attach
Collector Body assembly to the Base assembly. Use the
supplied 12 mm Wrench to tighten hardware.
