ADJUSTMENT
Refer to the 100 & 200 Series Hoist Clamp Assembly Illustration for the following adjustment
steps:
1. Loosen the jam nuts on the clamp bar adjustment bolt.
2. Tighten the adjustment nuts equally so that the clamp bar is drawn up evenly. Be sure to
keep the jib horizontal tube level; make sure the gap is even between the inner and
outer tubes from left to right.
3. Once the gap between the top of the jib horizontal tube and the top inside surface of the
outer tube is between 1/16" to 1/8" the jam nuts can be tightened up.
