7.10 Windows 95 Audio Driver Installation

1. Insert the driver CD disc to the CD-ROM drive. The CD-ROM
autoruns and displays the selections available. Click on
VIA M/B
and the following window appears. Click
Drivers VIA 686A PCI

2. The next screen will ask you to remove the Audio Device from the
Device Manager. If you have already removed the audio device, click
to continue the audio driver installation. (If you have not, click
Yes No
and exit the installation process and remove the audio device before
installing the audio drivers.)
3. To continue with the VIA PCI Audio Driver Installation, click
Next
to agree with the license agreement.
4. When the window appears, click to install
Select Components Next
the audio driver.
5. After the necessary files are copied, click for the computer
Finish
the restart.
6. When Windows has restarted, it will be able to detect the VIA PCI
Audio Controller. Click and then . When prompted to
Next Finish
insert the Windows 95 CD-ROM, do so accordingly and then click .
