Producing frothed milk

Froth only cow's milk with this appliance. Other types of milk can be frothed
only subject to limitations, or can cause the appliance to overfl ow.
Low fat or skimmed milk does not burn on as easily as whole milk, however,
a too low fat content contributes to the risk that the milk will not be well
frothed. Therefore, when possible use a milk with 3.5% or 1.5% fat content.
Well-cooled milk can be better frothed than less cold.
Do not froth the milk a second time, otherwise it may burn on.
Leave frothed milk to stand for about 30 seconds before you put the foam
onto cappuccino, espresso, etc. Then the larger bubbles burst and the more
liquid milk sinks to the bottom. You can then use the fi ne foam.

plies itself manyfold!
3) Place the carafe on the plinth 6.
4) Put the lid 1 on.
5) Press the Start/Stop button 5. The integrated indicator lamp glows. The whisk
