I P T E S T P A R A M E T E R S
Following any repair or maintenance procedure that requires disassembly of the fixture, use
Elation's IP Tester to confirm the IP integrity of the fixture. The air valve is located on the
back panel next to the display screen, as shown in the diagram below. Please contact Elation

DE-HUMIDIFICATION: IP65 fixtures operating in high-humidity environments may experi-
ence residual fogging or condensation. Such fogging will not damage the fixture, and can be
removed using the following procedure: position the unit with the air valve pointing upwards,
then open the air valve and run the unit for 1-2 hours after reaching operating temperature.
Then, while the fixture is still hot, re-install the air valve and allow the unit to cool down.
Please note that this procedure should be performed in a dry, air-conditioned environment.
Avoid additional fogging by drying the fixture completely before placing into a road case.
