Pre-delivery Inspection
Check that the keyless entry system operates normally.
Check that the keyless access system operates normally.
1. Check the seat surfaces for stains or dirt.
2. Check the seat installation conditions and functionality.
1. Check the seat belt installation conditions and functionality.
2. Check the seat belt warning system operates normally.
1. Adjust the tire inflation pressures and turn the TPMS transmitter power supply to ON.
2. Operate the TPMS reset switch and check that the reset is performed normally.
3. If the display of TPMS warning light does not operate normally, perform the diagnosis by
referring to TPMS (Diagnosis).
Install the grommet contained in the glove box to the tie-down hole.
Check if the horn sounds.
Check that the hazard lights illuminate.
After installing the fuse, check that the map light illuminates/turns off normally.
Turn the ignition to ON and check that the malfunction indicator light starts blinking.
1. Check that the engine starts with all keys that are equipped on vehicle.
2. Check if the security indicator light operates normally.
Using the push button start function of the access key equipped with the vehicle, check that
the engine starts and stops.
Start the engine and check that the engine starts smoothly.
Check that the exhaust noise is normal and no leaks are found.
Check that all indicator lights and warning lights are operating correctly.
Check that the heater & ventilation system operates normally.
Check that the air conditioner operates normally.
Check that the clock operates normally.
Check that the radio, CD and AUX systems operate normally.
Check that the accessory power supply socket operates normally.
Check that the lighting system operates normally.
Check the VSC SPORT and VSC OFF switch functions for normal operation.
Check that the illumination control operates normally.
Check that the window washer system operates normally.
Check that the headlight washers operate normally.
Check that the wiper system operates normally.
Check that the power window operates normally.
Check that the rear defogger system operates normally.
Check that the electric retraction system, remote control mirror and heated mirror operate
normally.
Check the parking brake for normal operations.
1. Check that the initial illumination pattern of the passenger's airbag ON/OFF indicator is
normal immediately after the ignition turns on.
2. With the ignition at ON, when the airbag cut off switch is selected between ON and OFF,
check if the passenger's airbag ON/OFF indicator switches lighting up between ON and
OFF according to the switch operation.
Check that the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is not detected.
Check the foot brake for normal operations.
Check that the MT and AT shifts normally.
