Error tree: Non-uniform cooking result, moisture problems

Unit type: iCombi
A non-uniform cooking result can result from various causes:
Application errors, including:
Cooking chamber is not pre-heated
Incorrect accessories
The raw product is not the same size, quality or starting temperature
Technical reasons, including:
Insufficient dehumidification
Solenoid valve clima conditioning Y5 is not working properly
Door gasket is leaking
Cooking chamber door does not close correctly/incorrectly set
Leaking motor shaft seal
Also follow the Fault Tree Service 37
Also follow the Fault Tree:
Check the P1 and B4 values in the diagnosis
Service 37
Check the ventilation pipe of the control box to the unit top panel for
deposits and clean if necessary.
Check solenoid valve clima conditioning Y5 for correct closing
After correcting the above positions, carry out the manual moisture Follow the Fault Tree:
calibration. Manual moisture calibration
Recommendation for all units:
Installation of a ventilation pipe on the drain pipe to optimise dehumidification.
